Lanane appointed ranking Democrat on Senate Rules committee

INDIANAPOLIS—Senate Democratic Leader Tim Lanane (D-Anderson) has been appointed to serve as the ranking Democrat of the Senate Rules and Legislative Procedure standing committee for the first session of the 119th General Assembly.

Sen. Lanane has also been appointed to seven additional Senate standing committees: Civil Law; Corrections and Criminal Law; Elections; Ethics; Insurance and Financial Institutions; Joint Rules; and Public Policy.

Sen. Lanane represents Indiana Senate District 25 which includes portions of Madison and Delaware counties, including the City of Muncie and the southeastern portion of the City of Anderson.
